Mám za sebou týden plný zážitků. Celý minulý týden probíhal „Filmový
festival dokumentárních filmů“, které byly s anglickými titulky. Vynahradila jsem si tím letošní pauzu na
filmovém festivalu „Jeden svět“ v ČR. Festival se konal v muzeu, v sále radnice a v budově centra Agape. Tématy letošního ročníku byly hlavně Duše a síla a Velmi intimní příběhy. Filmy byly různorodé
od odpočínkových až po ty co vyvolávají silné pocity o
dění ve světě.
I've had a week full of experiences. Whole last week took place Documentary Film Festival. Movies were with English subtitles, so I compensate this year's break at One World Film Festival in the Czech Republic. Festival took place at the museum, in the hall of the Town Hall building and in centrum the Agape. The theme this year was mainly Spirit and power and Very intimate stories. The films were varied from relaxing movie to those that evoke strong feelings about what is happening in the world.

Učitelka Linedance Kaie Seger má doma dva
koně a měla jsem možnost jí navštívit minulý čtvrtek. Po velmi dlouhé době jsem
opět seděla na koni, už jsem zapomněla,
jak úžasný je to pocit. Kaie
mi taky navrhla, jestli se k nim nechci připojit v pátek na malý výlet na ostrov Manilaid, který leží vedle ostrova
Kihnu. Ostrov je jen 0,5 km široký a 5 km dlouhý. Bez problémů ho lze projít
pěšky. V lednu 2005 tam byly velké záplavy, kdy byl skoro celý ostrov
pod vodou. Dnes jsou na ostrově kůly, které vyznačují, kde až byla voda.
Po tomto výletě jsem
ještě dorazila do Nooruse Maja, kde se konala výstava psů.
Other days took place in the traveler's spirit :-)
The teacher Linedance Kaie Seger has two horses at home and I got the opportunity to visit her last Thursday. After a very long time I sat on back of horse, I forgot how amazing it feels. Kaie I also suggested if I wanted to join them on a little trip to the island Manilaid on Friday, which lies next to the island Kihnu. The island is only 0.5 km wide and 5 km long. No problem, it can be explored on foot. In January 2005 there were big floods and almost the whole island was under water. Today, the island posts, which mark where the water was.
After this trip I had arrived in Nooruse Maja, where took place the exhibition of dogs.

V sobotu dopoledne malý
relax a odpoledne hurá na další cestu. Tentokrát do Jõhvi za moji kamarádkou Aregnaz. V neděli jsme navštívily město
Narva, které se nachází na hranicích s Ruskem. Na opačné straně je ruské město
Ivangorod. Tyto dvě města dělí řeka Narva a taky hodinový rozdíl v čase. V
Narvě žijí převážně rusky mluvící obyvatelé. Narva je hlavně známá pro svůj hrad a polohou na hranicích s Ruskem. My jsme šly objevovat
i další části města. Velká část města byla zničena na konci druhé světové
války, jen pár historických staveb se dochovalo. Takže to bylo
hledání "ostrůvků" historický staveb v "moři" stromů a obytných staveb ze sovětské éry. Na
malém náměstí se starou radnicí dnes stojí nová
budova fakulty univerzity z Tartu.
Další zajímavou části bude park po dokončení jeho obnovy. Při hledání
továrny z 19.století mě zaujala jedna ulice, která trošku vzbuzovala pocit jako
někde na jihu Evropy (malé balkóny,
dekorativní prvky, na jedné straně vysoké stromy), jen lidé na ni
chyběli. Továrnu jsme taky
našly, ale areál byl uzavřený a abych mohla přejít most a vidět továrnu alespoň z druhé strany, musela bych mít vízum:-(
On Saturday afternoon a little relaxation and then hurray for your next trip. This time go to Jõhvi visit my friend Aregnaz. On Sunday we visit the town of Narva, which is located on the border with Russia. On the other side there is Russian town of Ivangorod. These two cities divided river Narva and too-hour time difference. In Narva live mostly Russian-speaking population. Narva is mainly known for its castle and that lies on the border with Russia. We went also to explore other parts of the city. Big part of the city was destroyed at the end of the Second World War, only a few historical buildings have been preserved. So it was looking for an "islands" historic buildings in the "sea" of trees and residential buildings from the Soviet era. The small square with the old town hall today standing a new building of the faculty of the University of Tartu. Another interesting part will be park after its reconstruction. And one street was interested when we were finding the factory from the 19th century. The street a little aroused feel like as somewhere in south of Europe ( small balconies, a little decorative elements and on one side of the street tall trees), only people missed there. We also found the factory, but the area was closed and if I wanted to see factory from second side of river I would need a visa :-(

V pondělí jsem navštívila s Aregnaz její
organizaci. Pracuje v „Centru“, kde docházejí lidé s různým psychickým
postižením. Přes rok pro ně mají připravené různé kurzy, připravují divadelní představení. Přes léto moc aktivit není, ale my jsme
s nimi hrály karty a já jsem jim taky něco řekla o České republice.
Odpoledne jsme jely s Aregnaz do Toily
společně s dvěma kluky, kteří
taky docházejí do „Centra“ a bydlí ve stejném domě jako Aregnaz.
Toila leží u moře a je tam nádherný bývalý zámecký park.
On Monday I visited with Aregnaz her organization. She works in the center, where people are coming with various mental disabilities. Over the year they have prepared for them different courses and also they are making theater performance. During the summer there is not much activities, but we played cards with them and I told them something about the Czech Republic.
In the afternoon we went to Toila together with Aregnaz and two boys who also come to the center and lives in the same house as Aregnaz. Toila located by the sea and there is a beautiful old castle park.

Na cestu zpět jsem se
vydala v úterý ráno. Rozhodla jsem se pro
vlakem, poprvé v Estonsku :-) V Estonsku je cestování vlakem levnější, ale není
tady moc hustá síť tratí a vlaky jezdí velmi
zřídka. Z Jõhvi směrem do Tallinnu jede vlak ráno a večer zpět. Další důvod
proč jsem dříve nejela vlekem je, že v Pärnu je želežniční stanice daleko
od centra a jede jen do Tallinnu. Vlastně
všechny vlaky začínají a končí v Tallinnu.
Vlakem jsem dojela do Rakvere. Na rozdíl od Narvy je vidět, že v Rakvere se více starají o veřejný prostor. Je tady
krásný park za divadlem, také zřícenina hradu se sochou
býka, který je znakem města Rakvere, upravené náměstí a pár nových
staveb.
On the way back I set out on Tuesday morning. I decided for train for the first time in Estonia :-) In Estonia is traveling by train cheaper, but there is not much dense network and goes very infrequently. The train goes from Jõhvi towards to Tallinn in the morning and back in evening. Another reason why I did not go by train before is that in Pärnu is a railway station far from the center and only goes to Tallinn. Actually all trains begin and end in Tallinn. I arrived by train to Rakvere. In contrast to the Narva can see that in Rakvere more take care of public space. There's a nice park behind the theater, the ruins with a statue of a bull (the symbol of Rakvere), modified square and a few new buildings.

Mohla jsem z Rakvere jet přímo do Pärnu, ale potřebovala jsem vyvolat filmy, takže jsem
pokračovala do Tallinnu. Měla jsem dostatek času, tak jsem se rozhodla navštívit muzeum „Okupace“. Ten den měli nečekaně otevřeno jen do dvou hodin, proto jsem šla do „Námořního muzea“, které jsem chtěla
taky navštívit. Budova je situována na pobřeží a je to bývalý letecký hangár. Muzeum
bylo otevřeno v roce 2012, výstava se rozkládá pod třemi betonovými kupulemi. Každý, kdo si rád hraje, tak
doporučuji navštívit toto muzeum. Můžete si vyzkoušet letět v trenažéru dvouplošníku,
sestřelit loď z ponorky nebo kulometem, vyfotit se v uniformě, ovládat lodičky na vodě, vyzkoušet poslání zprávy morseovkou, aj. Výstava začíná v druhém patře, kde
procházíte po lávce a kolem jsou zavěšeny různé druhy lodí, bojky, aj. Dá se také podívat do ponorky, kde jsem se
několikrát bouchla do hlavy. Pěkně vytvořená výstava a také pěkné záchody :-) No a protože to není daleko na nádraží, tak zpět do
Pärnu jsem jela vlakem, což také znamenalo poprvé využít městskou dopravu
v Pärnu, pěšky se mi nechtělo :-)
I could directly go from Rakvere to Pärnu, but I needed to develop the film, so I continued to Tallinn. I had plenty of time, so I decided to visit the Museum of the Occupation. But the day had unexpected open only until two hours. So I went to the Maritime Museum, which I also wanted to visit. The building is situated on the coast and is a former aircraft hangar. The museum was opened in 2012, the exhibition covers the three domes from concrete. Anyone who likes to play, so I recommend visiting this museum. You can try to fly in simulator of biplane, shoot down the ship from a submarine or by machine gun, taken photo in uniform, wielding boats on the water, try to send a message in morse etc. The exhibition begins on the second floor, where you are walking the catwalk and around are hung the various types of ships, buoys. You can also see into the submarine, where I repeatedly hit in the head. Nicely created exhibition and toilets too :-) Well and because it's not so far to the railway station, so back I went by train. Which meant the first time to use public transport in Pärnu, I didn´t want to go walk :-)
